NearConn team is proud to announce...
NearPeople facebook application was launched this weekend.
The application will give the Facebook users the oportunity to create a cellular copy of their facebook profile without any efforts.
At the application the members can watch their activities during the day, check their NearConn inbox, contact people from facebook or any other social network.

"This is the first step for expanding the NearPeople service to other social networks" said Rami Khawaly - CTO and co-founder at NearConn.

Meet our new Install wizzard

One more improvment for our user friendly Install was added:

When a person want to register, an automatic wizzard will tel him what to do in each step, the wizzard will automaticly recognize what the member do and response for each action.

After the installation, the wizzard will show the member how to use NearConn for the first time.

We hope that our efforts is usefull for our members and clients.

As a part of NearConn's team efforts to be easy for all users, our user manual and Install instructions was released in more languages, and we promise that more languages will be comming soon!

So far you can find NearConn install instructions in 6 diferent languages, those languages are:

English, French (Français ), Italian (Italiano), Arabic (عربي ), Russian(Русский ) and Hebrew(עברית).

More languages will be soon on-line.

As a part of NearConn team continued effort to facilitate easy and friendly user interface, we have uploaded our NearConn client to the Nokia social network, Mosh.nokia.com .

Beta version released

The NearConn team is proud to announce, after a year and a half of development, that the beta version of NearConn is now open.
While launching the system, the developers talked about the main idea behind the system.
“Since the cellular phone became one of our main ways of communication that goes with us everywhere we go, we thought that the phone could function as a “social-network card” or a personal billboard.
To enable that and the possibility that the cellular phones would recognise other phones, there must be a mutual “Language”.

Zeev Ziegelman (CEO) and Rami Khawaly(CTO) already met in the past while working on other projects.
Right from the start Zeev and Rami knew what they wanted the system to do, and that is to create a unique way of communication between cellular, p.d.a. & computers.

”We at NearConn are creating the system so that it will be the mutual “Language”.
“we hope that users all over the world will register and enjoy using NearConn”

NearConn is a new and uniqe system and for the NearConn team, it is obvious that many development will come soon...
